"What if the person you were meant to be with could never be yours?"
Before I started to read this book I was kind of skeptical because I was at the goodreads page of this book and everyone seemed to dislike it, and I was really 'afraid' because I have the complete series and it would be a shame if I didn't like ,at least, the first one. Then I started to read it and I felt like everyone was wrong... or that I am the one who's wrong because I have to admit that I enjoyed it a lot.
Basically there's a girl that is the main character (Luce) and she 'meets' Daniel Grigori, but there's something really familiar about him. She looks at him and feels something strange, something diferent... like she has been with him before. Even if she wants him a lot he wants nothing to do with Luce Price and he makes that really clear, but she knows that he's keeping a huge secret and she'll do everything to find what is it, even if it kills her.
I liked this book. I can't say that I loved it because I didn't, but I assure you that I've read worse in my life (I'll not nominate any of those books here).
I thing that this reading was really enjoyable, I was not bored and I liked a lot the way how the story started... it captured my atention, which is kind of a difficult thing with me.
Normally I don't do this, but this time I liked a LOT the 'actors' I picked for the characters, I think that they fit perfectly... so here we go:
My Luce Price is Crystal Reed
